A love for anything health and fitness related...
led me to Stroud Crossfit and I've never looked back. With a bachelors in exercise science and a masters in Clinical exercise physiology I have always loved to help people get healthy. The constantly varied, always intense with results like no other, aspect of CrossFit has kept me hooked. Not to mention the amazing community and support I have found here.
I achieved my Level 1 Crossfit certification while 5 months pregnant & Crossfitted until the day my baby was born. In fact it was the best thing before during & after my pregnancy that I could do for myself. I now feel like I will be a great example of what a healthy happy confident woman looks like for my daughter & hopefully for others as well.
