Entrepreneur, ATHLETE, Father of 4

My adventure with CrossFit started in January 2013 when pumping iron at a local gym just wasn’t enough anymore. I needed a challenge, a purpose in what I was doing.  I fell in love with the sport and how quickly I was improving. The community aspect of CrossFit is what made a significant difference in my life too -  meeting fantastic people, forming many friendships. Working through tough workouts together and supporting each other on our fitness journey is what CrossFit is all about. What I also really enjoy about CrossFit is competing. Not only on our whiteboard but also entering local and regional competitions. This drives me to get better and train harder. I am a very busy person. Owning two businesses and being a father of 4 children under the age of 6 I really do understand that finding time for yourself might be difficult. I train 5-6 times a week and when in doubt about priorities, I tell myself “my health and well-being is AS important as anything else on my plate“. As a coach, I strive to help you get better, faster, stronger and push you out of your comfort zone.  I love teaching new skills and finding ways to help our members learn something new every day.
