I STARTED CROSSFIT…
in May 2014 after growing tired of my normal gym routine. I wanted to try something new and different and crossfit was just what I needed. I love the fact that everyday is something new and different. I never have a chance to get bored. This keeps me coming back for more, as does the sense of community I feel every time I enter the gym. This community has now become my family. Even working 50-60 hours a week, I am always able to find an hour in my day to make it to a class. As my passion for this sport continued to grow, I realized I wanted to coach others. I began coaching in March 2017 and continue to further my education within the fitness realm. When I’m not at the gym working out or coaching, I’m spending time with my girlfriend, 2 dogs and cat. I also enjoy paddle boarding, snowboarding, traveling and visiting other CrossFit gyms along the way.
