Open gym hours are officially as follows: 

MON/TUES/WEDS/FRI: 9:00 am -  6:30 pm

THURSDAY OPEN GYM HOURS: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm | 4:15 pm - 8:00 pm
**NO OPEN GYM BETWEEN 12:00pm - 4:15pm**

SATURDAY: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

 

You may also partake in open gym during unlisted hours or class hours so long as... 

  1. A coach is present
  2. You are respectful and not affecting the classes that are taking precedence

 

DROPPING IN?
We love having people from all over joining us! Drop-ins are able to participate in any classes. We highly recommend emailing us prior to your visit so that we can get you squared away and ready to WOD sooner. Our pricing for drop-ins are below:

Daily drop-in: $20 ($25 with t-shirt)
Weekly drop-in: $40
Gym Owner: Shirt Exchange

FIRST TIME DOING CROSSFIT?
Your first class is free! Come on in and try it out - but please be sure to email us first! No experience required!

FOUNDATIONS: $150

The Foundations curriculum is comprised of THREE 60-minute classes and is taught based on YOUR schedule. Each unique class introduces a small group of attendees to a different series of movements, exercises, and/or skills. Upon completion of the two-week Foundations course, attendees are eligible to participate in any of Stroud CrossFit's classes. The purpose of the course is to familiarize those new to CrossFit with the common movements, flow of workouts, and lingo used daily in the class setting. CROSSFIT

Our bread and butter! Crossfit is the constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement regimen that has swept the nation. Crossfit was designed to define fitness in a meaningful, measurable way: increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains. It was originally created to improve fitness and health for any and everyone! Our classes are run by a professional coaching staff and can be tailored to your fitness needs and goals.

FIT CLASS

Our boot camp inspired class that will be sure to leave you in a good ol' fashion sweat when you walk out the door. Fit Class is designed for those who want to get in a good workout without a majority of barbell movements. Mainly based around body weight and aerobic movements, Fit Class is a great way to stay in shape!

YOGA

Need to get flexible? Just want an hour of zen? Our Yoga class takes place every Sunday at 9am! Come join us for an hour of finding your center and getting yourself loose and limber for the upcoming week! Anyone can take part in our Yoga classes! Its beginner and family friendly! Don't forget to bring your Yoga mat!

HIP-HOP DANCE

So you think you can dance?! We offer Hip-Hop Dance class that anyone can do! Taught step by step in a fun, non judgmental atmosphere, you'll learn how to move your body in the styles of hip-hop, house, and smooth dance styles. Come have fun, let loose, and move to some of the popular hip-hop hits of today!
