Located in downtown Stroudsburg, the heart of the Poconos, Stroud Crossfit is the facility that will help elevate your health and fitness to the next level.

Stroud CrossFit was founded on a love and passion for CrossFit. Since then it has grown into a community that hosts a strong system of core values and beliefs on living your life to the fullest and best it can be. The owners and coaches are the best there is at helping those who walk through Stroud's doors reach their limitless potential. Whether you are an elite athlete or someone who has never exercised in their life, we are the people who want to help you succeed in achieving your individual goals.


We are located alongside the Broadhead Creek, on First Street in Stroudsburg. We are just minutes to Route 80 and East Stroudsburg University.

Our 5,000sq ft. facility is equipped with multiple bathrooms, showers, private office, and our own parking lot. We carry the most up to date training equipment such as Eleiko barbells, Pendlay bumper plates, Olympic Lifting platforms, 20' climbing ropes, 15 sets of gymnastics rings, different sizes of dumbbells, medicine balls, D-balls, a reverse hyper, Ski Ergs, rowers, Assault Bikes, yokes, kegs, atlas stones, kettlebells, speed ropes, and GHD machines. We are also outfitted with 35 pull-up bars and over 30 Rogue barbells.

You may also partake in open gym during unlisted hours or class hours so long as... 

  1. A coach is present
  2. You are respectful and not affecting the classes that are taking precedence


We love having people from all over joining us! Drop-ins are able to participate in any classes. We highly recommend emailing us prior to your visit so that we can get you squared away and ready to WOD sooner. Our pricing for drop-ins are below:

Daily drop-in: $20 ($25 with t-shirt)

The Foundations curriculum is comprised of THREE 60-minute classes and is taught based on YOUR schedule. Each unique class introduces a small group of attendees to a different series of movements, exercises, and/or skills. Upon completion of the two-week Foundations course, attendees are eligible to participate in any of Stroud CrossFit's classes. The purpose of the course is to familiarize those new to CrossFit with the common movements, flow of workouts, and lingo used daily in the class setting. Our bread and butter! Crossfit is the constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement regimen that has swept the nation. Crossfit was designed to define fitness in a meaningful, measurable way: increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains. It was originally created to improve fitness and health for any and everyone! Our classes are run by a professional coaching staff and can be tailored to your fitness needs and goals.


Our boot camp inspired class that will be sure to leave you in a good ol' fashion sweat when you walk out the door. Fit Class is designed for those who want to get in a good workout without a majority of barbell movements. Mainly based around body weight and aerobic movements, Fit Class is a great way to stay in shape!


Need to get flexible? Just want an hour of zen? Our Yoga class takes place every Sunday at 9am! Come join us for an hour of finding your center and getting yourself loose and limber for the upcoming week! Anyone can take part in our Yoga classes! Its beginner and family friendly! Don't forget to bring your Yoga mat!


So you think you can dance?! We offer Hip-Hop Dance class that anyone can do! Taught step by step in a fun, non judgmental atmosphere, you'll learn how to move your body in the styles of hip-hop, house, and smooth dance styles. Come have fun, let loose, and move to some of the popular hip-hop hits of today!
