SPORT - 
Before WOD:
Snatch - EMOM 8 - 1 rep at 70-80%

After WOD:
A. Ring support hold - 20 sec x4 -rest 1:30-
B. Muscle up seated transition practice on rings - using false grip - 4 pull to dip + lockout x4
C. Ring pullups - 7-10x4 -rest as needed-
